The Cook Political Report has changed 13 of its electoral college projections based on Donald Trump being named the presumptive Republican nominee for president.

"Although we remain convinced that Hillary Clinton is very vulnerable and would probably lose to most other Republicans, Donald Trump's historic unpopularity with wide swaths of the electorate — women, millennials, independents and Latinos — make him the initial November underdog," writes Amy Walter, David Wasserman and Charlie Cook.

Almost all of the website's shifts favor Democrats.

Following he changes, 190 electoral votes are rated Solid Democratic, 27 are Likely Democratic and 87 are Lean Democratic. That is enough for a Democratic majority in November.

Forty-four electoral votes are rated a Toss Up. "Although Iowa, New Hampshire and Ohio could shift to Lean Democratic and Nevada could shift to Likely Democratic, we are holding off on changes in these states until we see more evidence," the authors said.

Here are the changes that favor Democrats:
  • Lean Democrat from Toss Up: Colorado, Florida, Pennsylavia, Virginia and Wisconsin.
  • Toss Up from Lean Republican: North Carolina.
  • Toss Up from Solid Republican: Nebraska congressional District 2 (Omaha).
  • Lean Republican from Likely Republican: Georgia and Arizona.
  • Likely Republican from Solid Republican: Indiana and Missouri.
  • Solid Democratic from Likely Democratic: New Mexico.
Here is the change that favors Republicans:
  • Likely Democratic from Solid Democratic: Maine District 2 (Bangor)  congressional district that incl. Bangor and all but the southern coast of Maine.
