The public has lost confidence in the electoral process and whether the judicial system will do anything to fix it Rep. Paul Gosar, R-Ariz., tells Newsmax TV.
Gosar, appearing Friday on "The Chris Salcedo Show," also predicted that once all the votes are counted in his state, President Donald Trump will emerge the victor in Arizona.
Gosar noted, in a court opinion in a case filed by Judicial Watch, the state of California was ordered to purge more than 5 million inactive voters from their roles.
"To my knowledge that never was enforced, never went forward," Gosar said.
Second, he said, is the issue of trust.
"Trust is a series of promises kept, and when you have recorders that say, 'Hey, were going to dump a bunch of votes at 7 o'clock and don't, and then you say 11:30 at night and you don't. And 7 the morning and you don't," he said, people start to question you.
He then noted the case of paper put up on windows to prevent people observing vote tabulations.
"That doesn't build trust," Gosar concluded.
