Forty-four percent of Michigan voters favor Joe Biden, while 41% back President Donald Trump in a head-to-head matchup, a new Marketing Resource Group poll reveals.
The results are within the poll’s margin of error of plus or minus 4 percentage points.
Here are the results break down:
- 41% say they have a favorable view of Trump, compared to 48% who have an unfavorable opinion.
- 36% have a positive opinion of Biden, compared to 46% who say they have a negative view of him.
- 42% favor incumbent Sen. Gary Peters, D-Mich., while 35% back Republican John James.
The poll, conducted March 16-20, surveyed 600 likely Michigan voters.
