The brother of Democratic nominee Joe Biden, Jim Biden, refused to answer questions from a reporter outside his home in Maryland about the former vice president’s involvement in his family’s overseas business relationships.

“I don’t want to comment about anything,” Jim Biden said responding to a question by a Fox News reporter asked from a distance at the residence on the Eastern Shore a video of the encounter shows. Asked if would answer questions, he replied: “Nope.”

Fox said it verified the person was Jim Biden with two sources, including a neighbor who viewed the footage. Fox also said the home is linked to Joe Biden in public records.

“Would you please stop bothering me?” he says on the video.

The encounter came less than a day after a business associate of Jim Biden and Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, appeared on Fox News to declare Joe Biden was well aware of Jim and Hunter Bidens’ partnership with a Chinese energy company.

Tony Bobulinski, a retired U.S. Navy lieutenant, told Fox News that he was the former CEO of SinoHawk Holdings, which was a joint venture between Jim and Hunter Biden and CEFC China Energy Chairman Ye Jianming.

He said he met with Joe Biden twice and spoke about the deal.

He said that in 2017, he specifically asked Jim Biden about Joe Biden’s involvement.

“I remember saying, ‘How are you guys getting away with this?’ ‘Aren't you concerned?’” Bobulinski said in the interview with Fox.

He said Jim Biden chuckled. "'Plausible Deniability.' He said it directly to me in a cabana at the Peninsula Hotel.”

When asked about the “plausible deniability” claim, Jim Biden turned and walked into the home.
