Fox News' Judge Jeanine Pirro unloaded on Sen. Mitt Romney, R-Utah, in an epic rant on Saturday's Fox News' "Justice."
"The first United States senator in American history to vote to convict the president of his own party, Mitt Romney," her open began. "The sole and only Republican to vote to convict President Trump. How dare he?! How could he?! And why would he?!"
Well, Romney voted "guilty" on abuse of power, knowing it would not make a difference, only to position himself as a self-righteous leader of anti-Trump Republicans, she said.
"The truth is, Mitt, you simply despise Donald Trump," she continued. "Your jealousy of this man is a constant rage burning within you because you can never rise to the heights that he has.
"Because guys like you fold like wusses. And you don't have any selflessness or the ability to think about others as Donald Trump has thought about making America first."
Pirro rejected Romney's call for former National Security Adviser John Bolton to testify before the Senate, after even House Democrats seeking to impeach Trump had declined to do it.
"You want to use that nothing burger to convict the President of the United States?!" she said. "Are you stupid, too?
"And you say this is the most difficult decision you ever made? Mitt, you're full of it! And since you are such a scholar, did you ever consider the president's constitutional rights that were stripped from him in the star chamber where he was denied the presumption of innocence?"
Pirro noted her disdain for Romney is not because of his move to break from the party on Trump, reminding her audience she rejected Romney's 2016 rebuke of then-candidate Trump.
"And, by the way, you're an embarrassment," Pirro said, point to Mitt. "I should know. I said it four years ago.
"Mitt, losers choke! You choked when a CNN reporter pushed back on you and you folded like every other loser!" she added.
