Columnist Howie Carr: Romney 'Drifting' Toward Running Again

Former Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney "would be a fool" not to run again in 2016, Boston Herald columnist Howie Carr said Tuesday on Newsmax TV’s "America's Forum."

"He's drifting in that direction," Carr said. "This whole thing started when the Netflix documentary came out about his 2012 campaign and a lot of people saw that documentary and began to get buyer's remorse about not backing him."
