Hillary Ad Targets Trump, Cruz

A new 30-second television ad by Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton takes aim at top tier Republicans Donald Trump and Ted Cruz.

The ad, titled "Incredible," takes on the pair's criticism of Clinton's foreign policy during her four years as Secretary of State under President Barack Obama.

It begins with video of Trump saying "I would bomb the s - - - out them," and Cruz saying he would "carpet bomb them into oblivion." Both quotes are references to the Islamic State (ISIS) terrorist group which has taken over vast swaths of Syria and Iraq.

Both have taken Clinton on over her interventionist policy in Libya toppling Moammar Gadhaffi.

"One of these Republicans could actually be president," a narrator warns after video of Chris Christie telling a man at a rally to "sit down and shut up!" and Jeb Bush saying, "I think we should repeal Obamacare," are shown.

"So ask yourself: Who's the one candidate who can stop them?" the narrator says, adding, "Hillary Clinton: tested and tough," as a video montage of her includes her testimony before the Benghazi committee in October.
