Hillary When Asked About Elizabeth Warren: 'Try the Cold Chai'

Hillary Clinton acted surprised when asked about her potential running mate options Friday, and then avoided the question.

After answering another question, a handful of reporters on Clinton's right asked whether she has spoken with Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren about being her running mate.

Clinton bobbed her head back and forth and appeared to act as though she was being peppered with questions.

Clinton responded by saying, "You guys have got to try the cold chai."

She then held up her tea to show she was enjoying hers. The impromptu Q&A occurred as Clinton was walking out of a Washington, D.C. bakery, where she bought the tea.

Hannah Chanpong of CBS News posted a video of the encounter on Twitter and said Clinton was "seemingly startled by us reporters."

Warren endorsed Clinton for president Thursday, saying, "I am ready to get in this fight and work my heart out for Hillary Clinton to become the next president of the United States and to make sure that Donald Trump never gets any place close to the White House."
