President Donald Trump has won reelection and the vote totals will show it once evidence of improper voting has been presented, Kimberly Guilfoyle, national chair of the Trump Victory Finance Committee, tells Newsmax TV.
"We will present compelling evidence that will be persuasive," Guilfoyle said Friday on "Greg Kelly Reports." "We're doing what we're entitled to do constitutionally, which is take it through the legal process."
Teams have been positioned in the multiple swing states where ballots are still being counted, Guilfoyle said.
"Our position is President Trump is elected president and he will be the one that prevails at the end of this process, and we're going to be thorough with what the American people deserve to make sure that the right person is in the White House and not someone who through the benefit of ballots showing up at the last minute."
She said that while all legal ballots should be counted, no illegally cast votes should be tabulated.
"Listen, it's common sense," she said. "You really think that the American people are that naive and aren't asking questions?"
