Trump Marks 500 Days in Office by Citing Accomplishments

President Donald Trump, noting it is his 500^th day in office, touted his administration's accomplishments, including the strong economy, "massive" tax cuts, and lower crime.

His remarks came in Monday morning tweets.

This is my 500th. Day in Office and we have accomplished a lot - many believe more than any President in his first 500 days. Massive Tax & Regulation Cuts, Military & Vets, Lower Crime & Illegal Immigration, Stronger Borders, Judgeships, Best Economy & Jobs EVER, and much more...

The tweets followed a Labor Department announcement last week that the unemployment rate dropped to an 18-year low of 3.8 percent.

Trump’s tweets came as Fox News displayed a graphic on "Fox & Friends" of the president, fist raised, with the words: "(500) Days of Winning."
