President Donald Trump's newly formed Strategic Development Group (SDG) is adding staff to its internal strategy braintrust, including ex-Goldman Sachs partner Dina Powell and ex-Breitbart writer Julia Hahn, according to Politico.
Powell, a George W. Bush administration vet, took a Trump administration position under White House senior adviser Jared Kushner and his wife Ivanka Trump, and she will now assist with SDG's internal consulting on trade and "real-deal action on the wall," a source told the news outlet Friday.
Hahn is also expected to be added to SDG's staff, per the report, which is headed by Chris Liddell, a veteran of Microsoft and GM. Liddell and his staff will report directly to Kushner and White House chief strategist Steve Bannon.
SDG's staff additions might also include special assistant to the president Reed Cordish and ex-Breitbart national security editor Sebastian Gorka, according to the report.
