Both Democrats and Republicans will be held to account for Obamacare in 2018, according to Rep. Diane Black, R-Tenn.
"They're holding all of us responsible right now," Black said Thursday on Fox News.
The federal government should not be so involved in the solution to Obamacare, she said. "I know that it will work if we just get out of the way and allow the market to work, and allow them to put products out there that they want and can afford."
Black announced her exit from her role as chairwoman of the House Budget Committee as she ramps up plans to run for governor of Tennessee. She will continue to serve in Congress.
During the 2017 enrollment period, 8.8 million people signed up for Obamacare, according to The Hill.
