Sen. Amy Klobuchar told MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” on Monday that her campaign will definitely continue on to New Hampshire's Democratic primary next week, no matter what place she finishes in the Iowa caucuses.

“There's no scenario where I don't go on,” she said. “I was just endorsed by every single newspaper in New Hampshire… that’s endorsed candidates. We have half of the top leadership in the House in New Hampshire have endorsed me. We have this incredible operation.”

Klobuchar, who was in Washington for the closing arguments of President Donald Trump’s impeachment trial on Monday, said “We're leaving on the plane late tonight going to New Hampshire, but I think I will do well in Iowa. I don't put numbers on it. You guys can be the pundits, but the fact that we're in the top five when we've had 25 candidates and I am the one that has been able to keep going and build the surge, punching above my weight when you look at the finances of so many of my other opponents, I'd say we've got a good story already.”

The Minnesota senator has polled behind the top tier of presidential candidates in the primaries throughout the campaign, but has seen a rise in her numbers over the past few months as the dates of the actual voting drew nearer, according to Politico.

Klobuchar has hammered home the theme of her electability in a general election against Trump compared to the other Democrats running for president, as she has promoted herself as a moderate and pragmatic candidate.
