Morgan Ortagus, spokeswoman to the State Department and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, on Thursday called out the use of social media by some countries to "spew propaganda."

In an interview on Newsmax TV's "The Chris Salcedo Show," Ortagus declared anything that stifles free speech is "very scary."
