The U.S. government says a Guantanamo Bay detainee has been transferred to a new home in Switzerland.
The transfer lowers the number of prisoners at Guantanamo to 192. The Justice Department says the detainee is an Uzbek national but is withholding his name at the Swiss government's request.
Two government officials say a presidential task force recommended at least 80 Guantanamo prisoners be brought to the U.S. for trial, military commission or continued imprisonment without charges.
About 110 detainees have been approved for transfer to foreign countries. At least 38 countries have accepted more than 570 Guantanamo Bay detainees since 2002.
