President Donald Trump touted continued economic growth and urged Americans to keep it going by voting Republican.
His comments came in a Friday morning tweet.
The president wrote: “Wow! The U.S. added 250,000 Jobs in October - and this was despite the hurricanes. Unemployment at 3.7%. Wages UP! These are incredible numbers. Keep it going, Vote Republican!”
The Labor Department had announced on Friday that nonfarm payrolls increased by 250,000 jobs last month. And it noted the unemployment rate held steady at a 49-year low of 3.7 percent.
