President Donald Trump’s campaign manager, Brad Parscale, has deleted a tweet of a photo of Air Force One at a NASCAR event after it was shown to be from 2004, not Trump’s recent trip to Florida.
Trump on Sunday served as grand marshal of this year’s Daytona 500, the race that marks the beginning of the NASCAR season, becoming the second president to do so.
Parscale tweeted the picture, which was taken in February, 2004 after former President George W. Bush visited the Daytona International Speedway, with the comment, Trump “won the #Daytona500 before the race even started."
"I have a lot of talented colleagues photographing the Daytona 500 this year," photographer Jonathan Ferrey, who took the picture, told CNN. "I am unfortunately not there today, but apparently I won the Daytona 500 photography before the race even started."
The image can be found on Getty Images, and has been used in multiple recent articles about Trump’s trip to the region.
Parscale later tweeted a different picture, one showing Air Force One flying by the stands at the racetrack, with the same comment.
