The country’s entire electrical grid is at risk of a total blackout if the Russians decide to detonate any type of nuclear weapon in space causing an electromagnetic pulse attack.

Russia possesses “Super-EMP” weapons designed for a high-altitude electromagnetic pulse, known as a HEMP attack. If a HEMP attack is carried out, U.S. and NATO allies in Europe could face destruction to all types of electronics — resulting in a wipe out of the electrical grid that would devastate critical infrastructure that operates telecommunications, transportation, and other vital sectors.
