Robert Mueller violated the basic rules of due process by not clearing President Donald Trump of obstructing justice, Bill O'Reilly told Newsmax TV.

O'Reilly was on Wednesday's "The Wayne Allyn Root Show" and argued Mueller, who spoke earlier in the day about his now-complete Russia investigation, was highly unfair to Trump.
