LIGNET: North Korea Missile Launch Is Extortion Attempt

North Korea’s intent in launching a long-range missile, LIGNET’s in-house expert says, is to demonstrate the communist dictatorship’s might and extort food aid and monetary assistance from the international community. But in this case, North Korea ’s announcement of a launch has had the opposite effect. Is the game up for North Korea?
