Special counsel Robert Mueller’s full report will likely have some evidence of conspiracy between Russia and the Trump campaign, according to Fox News legal analyst Andrew Napolitano.

In remarks Thursday on Fox Business’ “Cavuto Coast to Coast,” Napolitano told host Neil Cavuto that California Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff’s allegations of Trump campaign-Moscow collusion are not unfounded.

The remarks start at the 6:40-minute mark.

"I think that Congressman Schiff is correct: in that report will be evidence of the existence of a conspiracy, not enough evidence to prove the existence beyond a reasonable doubt,” Napolitano said.

He added that "what’s in the report, what’s in the raw evidence, remains to be revealed.”

Attorney General William Barr sent a four-page letter to Congress last Sunday stating Mueller didn’t uncover evidence to conclude that there was collusion. The letter noted that Mueller did not make a definitive conclusion on whether Trump obstructed justice.

President Donald Trump has hammered Schiff, who heads the House Intelligence Committee, over his accusations — and said Thursday Schiff should be forced to resign. But Schiff pushed back, The Hill reported, saying during an Intelligence Committee meeting that "my colleagues may think it is OK the president's son was offered dirt as part of an effort to help Trump."

"You might think it is OK. I don’t," he said.

Napolitano sounded the same alarm on Wednesday, predicting the full report would "undoubtedly" contain "some evidence of a conspiracy and some evidence of obstruction of justice,” Fox Business reported.
