The White House is "being played" by special counsel Robert Mueller, which former federal prosecutor Larry Klayman claimed on Newsmax TV is illegally leaking details of his investigative report in an effort to "influence the midterm elections."
"[Mueller's] seen all the commentary lately, 'where's Robert Mueller?' He's been quiet, so . . . they're leaking this to let people know the issue's still out there to influence the midterms," Klayman, founder of Freedom Watch, told Wednesday's "America Talks Live."
"They're also doing it, because that report – technically speaking, when it comes over to [Deputy Attorney General Rod] Rosenstein – is confidential. So he wants to create a groundswell with the Democrats to demand that the report be released publicly."

Klayman added to hosts John Cardillo and Dr. Gina Loudon: "Nothing good is going to be in this report.
"It's going to be scathing," he added. "It going to really go after the president. It's a prelude – after the midterms if the Democrats take over control of the House – to the president's impeachment and then trial in the U.S. Senate.
"It will grind everything to a halt, and that's the strategy of Mueller and the Democrats to destroy the president and take down anybody that agrees with him."
