Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush's super PAC has raised $103 million since January, with substantial help from two former presidents, according to a financial disclosure filed with the Federal Election Commission.

Bush's father, former President George H.W. Bush, gave Right to Rise $125,000 and former President George W. Bush gave the super PAC $95,000, Politico is reporting.

There were also at least 20 donors who gave the super PAC $1 million, including healthcare investor Miguel Fernandez, California billionaire William Oberndorf, Iranian-American diplomat Hushang Ansary, along with his wife Shahla, and hedge-fund manager Louis Bacon.

The 236 donors who gave six-figure checks also include former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman, Citadel Investment Group founder Kenneth Griffin, and Houston businessman Robert McNair, Politico reports.

Out of the $103 million raised in the first six months of 2015, Right to Rise has spent $5.4 million, with $97.7 million left in the bank.

A majority of the money raised by the super PAC was done so before Bush made his White House bid official and he was fundraising for Right to Rise.

According to Politico, Bush's focus on fundraising for the super PAC before announcing his candidacy allowed him to secure support from major donors and get ahead of his opponents financially. However, while the super PAC can spend unlimited amounts of money, it isn't allowed to coordinate with the campaign.
