On the eve of the Alabama and Mississippi primaries, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich unveiled a 16-minute film about his life and career.
Called, “Newt Gingrich: Rebuilding the America We Love,” the video “tells the story of Gingrich’s small town beginnings all the way to his campaign for the 2012 presidential nomination.”

Polls show a close race in the two upcoming contests, particularly in Alabama, where Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum and Gingrich all added to their TV advertising for the race's closing days.
Gingrich, whose campaign is struggling for survival, even though he has said he will not concede defeat until the GOP convention in Tampa in August, can ill afford a loss in either Mississippi or Alabama.
On Saturday, the Gingrich campaign said their internal polling showed Gingrich is on a “path to victory” in those two states.
Romney, meanwhile, the former governor of Massachusetts, is seeking a Southern breakthrough to show he has the ability to win the support of evangelical voters.
