Former Vice President Joe Biden holds an 11-point lead over his closest Democratic presidential rival, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, according to a new Morning Consult poll.
Here's how the poll results, released Monday, break down:
- 32% for Biden
- 21% for Warren of Massachusetts
- 19% for Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt
- 6% for Sen. Kamala Harris, of California
- 5% for South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg
No other candidate received over 3% in the poll.
The poll, conducted Sept. 23-29, surveyed 16,274 people. The margin of error is plus or minus 1 percentage point.
