Decades of bloody internal strife in Colombia have made the nation’s well-skilled and experienced soldiers a highly sought-after commodity for private security firms worldwide – a shadowy enterprise on rare display in Haiti, where nearly two dozen such mercenaries are accused in the assassination of President Jovenel Moise.
