Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas will make a TV appearance on "The Ingraham Angle" on Wednesday night on Fox News at 10 p.m. ET, the network tweeted.
Supreme Court justices are private people who rarely make TV appearances, and Thomas gave his first television interview to "60 Minutes" host Steve Kroft in 2007.
He is the court's only African American and its most conservative member.
Thomas, who was nominated by George H. W. Bush and confirmed in 1991, will discuss "the state of the high court and the lessons all American should draw from the nation's past," according to Fox News.
"Some people have decided that the Constitution isn't worth defending, that history isn't worth defending," Thomas, a Constitutional originalist, said in a preview of the interview. "Certainly, if you're in my position, they have to be worth defending."
Ingraham once clerked for Thomas.
