Bill O'Reilly to Newsmax TV: Trump to Sign Border Deal, Then Declare Emergency

President Donald Trump is likely going to declare a national emergency and use an unknown amount of discretionary money to build sections of border fencing between the United States and Mexico, Bill O'Reilly told Newsmax TV.

O'Reilly was on Wednesday's "The Wayne Allyn Root Show" and said "very reliable sources" told him Trump will sign a government spending bill that will allocate almost $1.4 billion and will then grab more money elsewhere to be used for border barrier.
