Militants posted how-to videos Sunday morning about making pressure-cooker bombs packed with ball bearings that use cell phones as a trigger, according to a new report.

Lisa Daftari wrote at The Foreign Desk the videos were uploaded to the Internet on Sunday morning — hours after the terror bombings in New Jersey and New York.

Cyber Kahilafah, a hacking group comprised of members sympathetic to the Islamic State (ISIS), posted the videos on the TOR browser — a secure and anonymous Internet browser.

One video demonstrates how to construct a bomb using a cell phone and a battery as a detonator. Another one shows how to make a pressure-cooker bomb that's loaded with ball bearings to cause maximum damage.

Ahmad Khan Rahami is suspected of carrying out the bombings in New Jersey and New York over the weekend. He was arrested after being shot and wounded during a gun battle with police Monday morning.

Rahami was born in Afghanistan but eventually moved to the United States with his family and became a naturalized citizen. He traveled back to Afghanistan at some point in the past few years, and a childhood friend of his told Fox News he acted differently after the trip.

"He was more quiet and didn't talk as much," Flee Jones said.

"He was more into dressing for his religion, and from back then he dressed like a normal person, like regular."
