AG Jeff Sessions: Nation's Asylum Laws Are Being Abused

Attorney General Jeff Sessions told Newsmax TV on Thursday that America's asylum laws are being abused, with 85 percent of the cases eventually being heard found to be "not justified."

"Everybody is claiming asylum and demanding trials," Sessions told "The Howie Carr Show" in an exclusive interview. "Under the rules, they are entitled to that — and it's backed up the whole system.
