Democrats are on pace to raise an unprecedented mountain of campaign cash this cycle  -- possibly as much as $15 billion -- and could use it to capture both chambers of Congress and the presidency in 2020.

That stark warning comes from conservative icon and author Richard Viguerie, a pioneer in conservative-cause direct marketing.
