Wegmans Food Markets Inc. is recalling gluten-free cake, cornbread, and all-purpose baking mixes because they contain undeclared soy, which could pose a reaction risk to people with allergies.

• Wegmans Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix sold in 15.3-ounce packages with the UPC code 77890-2833 and dates from Oct. 30, 2013, to April 11, 2014.
• Wegmans Food You Feel Good About Gluten Free Honey Cornbread Mix sold in 16-ounce packages with the UPC code 77890-30343 and dates from March 28, 2014, to April 16, 2014.
• Wegmans Food You Feel Good About All Purpose Baking Mix sold in 16-ounce packages with the UPC code 77890-30341 and dates from March 27, 2014, to December 18, 2014.
No illnesses have been reported as a result of this recall. But people who have an allergy to soy run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume any of the products, Wegmans officials noted.
