- Blink frequently: One should blink frequently to prevent strain on the eyes. This also helps in preventing dryness. Lubrication through rinsing with water or eye drops can be helpful as well.
- Take Breaks: Constantly working on a computer for a long time can cause strain. Hence, take appropriate breaks after every 15 minutes or look away from the screen if possible. This relieves strain and helps the mind and the eyes relax.
