Recharge, Revive, Restore Energy

You can recharge, revive, and restore your energy production with a few ingredients:

A diet that is anti-inflammatory and devoid of processed foods, a diet that does not make you toxic, but rather detoxifies your body, will help your mitochondria function better and keep you healthy in the long run.

Exercise is the key to staying healthy and keeping your energy levels high. Aerobic exercise makes your cells access more oxygen and keeps them healthy and able to produce energy. Weightlifting, stretching, and building muscles makes your mitochondria more efficient and less likely to get old and die out. The mitochondria in the muscles are stronger and more likely to make high amounts of energy than the mitochondria in other organs, so the more muscle mass you have, the more energy you make, and the healthier you stay.

Stress equals disease. By now, everyone knows that, even if the conventional world is still stuck in the mud trying to convince us otherwise. Wear and tear makes us old, and the stress of everyday life, from raising kids to tending to the house, to money worries and relationship drama all lead to the same outcome — disease. Disease is a state when mitochondria don’t make the energy we need to boost our immune system and keep us healthy. So avoid absorbing stress at all cost. It will save your life and keep your energy levels high.

Sleep is crucial to renewing our body from the inside out. Did you ever notice how much better you look after you’ve had a full night’s rest? It’s not just your face that looks better — it’s your insides. Your organs are now renewed, and the mitochondria are ready to face the day with renewed energy production instructions and substrates.
