Sip What Soothes You

When it comes to good health and feeling better, few things beat a cup of tea. For impending flu, choose chamomile.

Green or white tea boost immune function, and mint tea soothes an upset stomach and heartburn.

Once you are under the weather, sip a mixture of ginger, lemon juice, and honey. Also, chicken soup can help.

While conventional medicine often discards chicken soup as any kind of cure, recent scientific studies have shown that it contains lots of protein, salt, hormones, and anti-inflammatory properties that help boost immune function and hydrate the body.

What’s more, chicken soup can be healthier than a sports drink or other electrolyte-rich fluid. Maybe the chicken is more than just protein.
