It’s very important to get regular exercise.
Try to do things you enjoy — hiking, dancing, cycling — but it can be something as simple as walking briskly for 30 minutes a day, either outdoors or on a treadmill.
Exercise improves your circulation and helps your lymphatic system flush out toxins. If you haven’t been exercising, start with 10 minutes of walking in the morning and gradually increase the time each week until you reach 30 minutes.
You don’t need intense or strenuous workouts. Instead, find something that you can enjoy and do it regularly, five or six days a week.
Add movement to your life so it becomes a natural part of your routine.
For example, get in the habit of parking your car in the far corner of the lot so you’ll have a longer walk. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. It all adds up.
