A: Margarine is a chemical concoction you and your family should stay away from. Read the label. If you cannot pronounce or understand what half the words on the label say, it’s time to stop calling the substance food.
Butter is natural, comes from milk, and unless the milk is polluted, it won’t be harmful to a young family. As we age, dairy products like milk, yogurt, butter, and cheeses become toxic to our systems because we can no longer process them.
Therefore, it is best to eliminate them from our diet. For now, considering your youngfamily, stay with butter, preferably organic.
