House Stenographer Dragged Ranting from Microphone During Vote
In this image from House Television, a woman at the rostrum just below the House presiding officer, seen between the "yea" and "nay" wording, is removed from the House chamber after she began shouting during the vote for the bill to end the government shutdown.

A stenographer took to the microphone as House members finished voting Wednesday night to reopen the government and avoid a debt ceiling deadline.

"He [God] will not be mocked," said the woman, whom others on an audio recording refer to as Molly.

"The greatest deception here is that this is not one nation under God. It never was. It would not have been. The Constitution would not have been written by Freemasons. They go against God. You cannot serve two masters. Praise be to God. Praise be to Jesus," the woman continued as security dragged her out of the room.

People can be heard trying to shush her and saying, "Come on, Molly."

Fox News reported that the woman is a stenographer who works regularly on the House floor.

Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, R-FL., told Fox that the woman was normally "a gentle soul."
