President-elect Donald Trump took to Twitter early Wednesday to reveal in a series of posts that he'll be leaving his massive business interests so he can "fully focus on running the country."

The news came in a series of tweets, the first of which offered a cliffhanger of sorts, but which together indicate he'll be turning his enterprises over to his children.

Trump's move comes in the wake of pressure on him to take steps to avoid potential conflicts of interest between governing and profiting in the private sector.
