Donald Trump railed at Hillary Clinton's tax plan as a "disaster" that will do nothing to save our economically "dying" country.

During the Wednesday night presidential debate, the last matchup before Election Day, the GOP candidate attacked her financial policy.

"Her plan will raise taxes and even double your taxes," he charged. "Her tax plan is a disaster. And she can say all she wants [about lowering college tuition]. I'm a big proponent. We'll do a lot of things for college tuition but the rest, the public will be paying for it. "

"We will have a massive, massive tax increase under Hillary Clinton's plan," he declared.

Trump added that "we're going to cut taxes massively."

"We'll cut business taxes massively," he said. "They'll start hiring people. … We are going to start the engine rolling again. Right now, our country is dying. At 1 percent GDP."
