Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) said Thursday that it's time to use Constitutional powers to remove President Donald Trump from office: “if top officials in his administration don't think he can do the job they should invoke the 25
th Amendment.”
This is another example of Democrats, while not being in charge, trying to tell the Republican president’s Cabinet what they should do. The left-leaning Democrats are trying to distract the American people from the fact that they have no agenda for the country going into the midterm elections.
Let's look at this unprecedented approach of anonymous writers for the Op-Ed section of the New York Times. I have done an extensive search on the web to see if The Times had any history of publishing Op-Eds with anonymous authors. So far I have not found any examples of previous anonymous Op-Eds by the Times. I have used Bing, Google, and Yahoo; if you know a source that shows it has been done in the past, concerning overthrowing a duly elected American government, please let me know.
Next, I wanted to see what the readers were saying about the story in the, “Ask a Question About Our Op-Ed by an Anonymous Senior Trump Official.” I went to that section in preparation for this commentary and the following is what I found: “Sorry, but this form is no longer accepting submissions."
I looked for possible submissions by readers and others who might have something to say. None were found. In previous Op-Eds that I have responded to, the Times said they required my name and my e-mail address in order to take my submission. I guess if you don’t give the Times your information, you will not be published. It seems the Times has a political agenda if other people who want to make a point in writing an Op-Ed have to use their names or they don’t get their opinion published.
Let’s now take a quick look at what the anonymous source said, “We want the administration to succeed and think that many of its policies have already made America safer and more prosperous.” This person, if he or she is really who they say they are, represents a perfect example of the elite thinking in our government. These elites think they have the right to make our decisions because we are the “Deplorable,” and are incapable of making the right decisions for the country. We are clearly seeing other examples in the Justice Department and the FBI where elites wanted to try and stop President Trump’s successful decisions.
If the American people ever needed a real example to prove the existence of the swamp and the deep state it is plain sight on the Op-Ed page of The New York Times.
Now let's turn to Senator Warren and her comments. Here we have a person who is supposed to be one of the leaders of the Democratic Party encouraging the Cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove President Trump from office, all based on a non-verified source. One has to question her conviction to a coup de grâce based on unsubstantiated charges. She wants to remove from office a duly elected president, and yet if she agrees with the writer when he or she says, “that many of the President’s policies have already made America safer and more prosperous.” Why, if he is doing a great job, do they want President Trump out?
One has to wonder why she and fellow Democrats are not appalled and outraged at the almost daily revelations of corruption in the Department of Justice and the FBI at the highest levels? Why is the mainstream media ignoring all of the deep state behavior and yet is continuing to beat the drum to neutralize Trump, but also to oust him? Why are they continuing to paint the Republicans as obstructionists in the eyes of the voters as the Democrats try and win back the House?
The reason is quite simple. If the Democrats do not win control of the House, the American people will empower the Republicans to clean the swamp and publish all of the dirt. If the Republicans keep the House, the volume of un-redacted documents will amaze America with the extent of the corruption. The Democrats may well see many of their kind in the swamp being led out of government offices or their homes, in handcuffs off to jail. The purge of this corruption may well be the biggest news story in the history of our nation.
