Hillary Used Her Office for Pay-for-Play

It is clear that there exists probable cause to believe both Hillary and Bill Clinton used a public office (secretary of state and a charity, the Clinton Foundation) in a pay to play scheme of criminal conduct and conspiracy with the aim to provide access and favors from government officials, including but not limited to the secretary of state in exchange for donations made to the Clinton Foundation, as well as direct payments to Bill Clinton as speaking and consulting fees by individuals (foreign and domestic as well as foreign government officials and states).

Here are the facts and conclusions:

• In consideration of President Obama appointing Hillary Clinton as secretary of state, in December 2008, CEO Bruce Lindsey signed a “Memorandum of Understanding” with the U.S. government with regard to the operations of the foundation. Key among them was a pledge not to seek or accept donations from foreign governments for the Clinton Global Initiative.

• Hillary set up private servers and email exclusively as a means of conducting both official government business as well as private communications without any expressed public benefit or purpose for such operations. Her use of a private server was done with the sole purpose of thwarting government oversight and reporting.

• Hillary Clinton never shared with the Department of State emails that were produced and sent at the time they were sent or received. She only turned some emails over to the government when she departed the Department of State. Tens of thousands of official emails had to recaptured by the FBI as part of a criminal investigation. Many emails uncovered speak directly to donor’s relationships with the Clinton Foundation and access to the Department of State. It can be alleged that the sole purpose of a private server and email for official communications was to hide their criminal activities from being exposed. The same can be said for the failure to disclose emails and the deletions.

• Mrs. Clinton, while secretary of state, cross pollinated personnel between the State Department and the Clinton Foundation creating a conflict of interest — facilitating and furthering the pay to play scheme.

• The press is reporting that Laura Graham the COO of the Clinton Foundation left 148 messages for Secretary Clinton’s Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills between 2010-2012. It can be alleged that the communication and the amount of contact was furtherance of a pay to play scheme; was highly suspect and was, or should have, been prohibited as a violation of the agreement entered into by Hillary.

• The Associated Press is reporting that more than half of people outside of government who met with Hillary Clinton as secretary of state all have the same thing in common — they were donors either individually or through companies, or groups to the Clinton Foundation. Combined, the 85 donors contributed as much as $156 million. 

• The press has reported that while Hillary was secretary of state, Bill Clinton was compensated directly or indirectly by donations to the Clinton Presidential Library, the Clinton Foundation, or him personally by foreign entities.

• Bill Clinton’s speaking fees were increased after Hillary became secretary of state. During Hillary’s four years as secretary of state Bill Clinton “earned” 48 million dollars.

• The AP reported recently that foreign governments donated millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation while Hillary was secretary of state.

The most damning crime committed by Hillary Clinton is her violation of Article 1 Section 9 of the U.S. Constitution, which states: “and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince or foreign state.” Hillary Clinton as secretary of state never received the consent of Congress to receive anything of value from a foreign state or foreign official. Intent is not a prerequisite. The overwhelming evidence clearly shows that millions of dollars from foreign states and individuals benefited Hillary and Bill Clinton as well as their personal interests. Money paid to Bill Clinton by foreign states and sources is the same as paying Hillary Clinton directly. They file joint tax returns and both benefit from income put in the “pot.”

The Clinton’s are the “Bonnie and Clyde” of political corruption. They extorted and bribed with a wink, an email a meeting, and a handshake instead of at the point of a gun.

It is clear that the Clintons and others responsible will not be tried in a court of law before Election Day therefore, she must therefore be tried in the court of public opinion and let the electorate — the jury — convict or acquit her.
